These terms are the agreement between you and OCTO Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri for the Gold Insight app. By using the app, you accept them.

1. What Gold Insight is

Gold Insight publishes market information about gold and silver: price data, macro indicators, news coverage, and written analysis produced with the help of large language models.

It is not investment advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Sentiment labels, confidence scores, gold-impact scores, and expected-path charts are informational and educational. They describe a model's reading of public data — they are not a forecast you should trade on.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets carry risk and you can lose money. Investment decisions are yours alone. Where it matters, consult a licensed financial professional. OCTO Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri is not a broker-dealer and not a registered investment adviser.

2. Accounts

You do not create an account with a password. The app identifies your device anonymously. You may optionally link Sign in with Apple so the same account works across your devices. You are responsible for the device and the Apple ID you use, and you may erase everything we hold about your device at any time from Settings.

3. Subscriptions

Gold Insight is free to use with limits. Silver and Gold are optional auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple.

Price is shown in your local currency on the purchase screen, and confirmed by Apple before you are charged. Prices vary by country and may change; any change is announced before it applies to you.
Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Free trial. Where an introductory free trial is offered and you are eligible, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Eligibility is determined by Apple, once per subscription group — if you have used a trial before, the purchase screen will show the price instead.
Cancelling. Manage or cancel under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. We cannot cancel a subscription for you. Erasing your Gold Insight data does not cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription, as required by the App Store.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

scrape, resell, or redistribute the app's content or its underlying data;
attempt to bypass paid tiers or access content your plan does not include;
interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or place automated load on it;
use the app where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

5. Content and data sources

Market data and news come from third-party providers. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or delivered without delay — prices displayed in the app may be delayed, and the app says so where that is the case. Headlines and excerpts belong to their publishers, and we link to the original source.

Everything else in the app — the analysis, the design, the name, and the software — belongs to OCTO Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri. Your subscription buys access, not ownership.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature outright, you may cancel and Apple's refund policy applies.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, OCTO Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or your reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use Gold Insight after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
